Food was warm at best and burgers/chips were overcooked. For the money it was not worth it. Had a lot better food previously but quality seems to have gone in last two orders.

The food we had was really nice, arrived quickly given it was a Friday night and portion were of an okay size. Perhaps a couple of extra chips in the loaded bowls would be nice. Price was fine, a little more pricey than other places in town but still a cheaper option than Chinese/Indian/Pizza. The only real let down was both burgers should have come with the requested salad and they didn’t. One burger had a single slice of tomato and the other had nothing. Always a little disappointing when you don’t quite get the order you’ve made.

After getting a text at 18:42 saying the order was out for delivery nearly 30mins later this arrived, due to this the food arrived barely warm, that is a shame as think the food would have been nice

We have ordered a couple of time and it has been absolutely lovely. But tonight wasn’t as great, in my loaded fries bucket I had a lot of bacon that was really hard and couldn’t be chewed. And also ordered a bbq chicken bites bucket which I assumed would be a bucket of chicken in like a bbq marinade kind of thing but was a couple of chicken nuggets in bbq sauce and it was £6.50 which I thought was pretty expensive for what it is. Overall tonight wasn’t great but the other times were lovely! I would still recommend to try it but I think some things are a little steep in price for what they are.
